With Converia, two different lists of participants can be provided. These are not booking lists, which are available at various points in the administration independently of participant lists.
Participant list: This list is only available to registered conference participants in the C3 (Conference Control Center).
Public participant list: This list can be viewed by everyone and can be published on the conference website, for example.
Participation lists cannot be generated retrospectively. The entries are generated automatically when a participant books. If participation lists are to be used, they must be activated BEFORE registration begins.
Even though Converia can create and manage (public) lists of attendees, we advise against using it for data protection reasons.

If a (public) list of participants is to be used, the following configuration options are available:
Do not allow deletion
Allow deletion - participants are asked during the registration process whether they want to appear on the list of participants and can also unsubscribe later.
Do not allow configuration - participants can normally decide how much and which data they disclose about themselves. If “Do not allow configuration” is selected, this option is not available.
If the Visible checkbox is not selected, participants will not be entered in the corresponding list.
Existing lists can be edited or new ones created:
Give the list of participants a (specific) name.
Specify the designation in the frontend. Participants see this designation.
There is the option to add an optional explanatory text.
Specify whether the list should only be visible to participants or whether it should be public (regardless of participation status). The Visible check mark determines that the list of participants should also be displayed in the frontend in the C3 overview.
The Visibility tab can be used to configure the information in the Participant list & Public participant list for both types. The order in which each piece of information appears can be specified, as can whether or not it should be displayed.
The List of participants tab shows an overview of all the people entered on the list. You can also download an Excel export here.
If you do not use a participation list (and do not want to delete the participation lists that have already been created), select the setting Do not allow removal. Otherwise, the option to remove participants from the participation list is displayed in C3, even if it is not used.
