Unused vouchers cannot be retroactively assigned to a booking. However, it is possible to edit the booked offers (booking options) in the backend so that the voucher effect is subsequently applied.
If it is a price reduction, the existing booking options can be edited (Fig. 1) and the price adjusted. The new price is displayed in the overview after saving.
If the voucher would have activated a hidden price group with discounts, the entry can also be edited and then adjusted to the (hidden) price group that would have been activated via the voucher code.
If the voucher would have activated additional offers, these can be added using the blue Add booking option button.
Finally, the invoice must be updated; only then is the editing process completed and a new invoice document created.
The comment function can be used to document changes or deviations for other users in the backend.
No automatic emails are triggered when edits are made in the backend. If required, the participants can be informed via booking info mail (sent to the person who booked in, tab in the booking details) or invoice info mail (sent to the invoice recipient, tab in the invoice details).
You want to charge a handling fee.
The invoice amount increases, an additional payment is required. The procedure is explained here.
For ticketing customers: In the event of a refund, the process must be submitted to the Converia Ticketing Service next.
