Call up the relevant booking via the booking details.
Is the booked option also available for the new price group in the desired registration period? If not, it is possible that the booking option cannot be changed because the offer is not available in the desired registration period. In this case, it is necessary to add the price to the offer structure (temporarily).
Open the booking option using the pencil & Edit entry:
(1) If the price is to be automatically adjusted to the new price group, select Recalculate price based on price group
(2) Adjust tax rate
(3) Select new price group
(4) If necessary, select the registration period (not always necessary)
(5) The recalculated price is displayed in the overview as soon as you click on Save
Finally, the invoice must be updated; only then is the editing process completed and a new invoice document created.
The comment function can be used to document changes or deviations for other users in the backend.
No automatic emails are triggered when edits are made in the backend. If required, the participants can be informed via booking info mail (sent to the person who booked in, tab in the booking details) or invoice info mail (sent to the invoice recipient, tab in the invoice details).
For ticketing customers: In the event of a refund, the process must be submitted to the Converia Ticketing Service next.
