To use the booking assistant, it is necessary to define shopping carts in advance that can be booked automatically.
The prerequisite for creating predefined shopping carts is a bookable offer structure that is created in the offer wizard. Packages can only be placed in the predefined shopping carts if they are active and can be booked on the front end.
Create a new shopping cart (Fig. 1, point 1) by entering a name (Fig. 1, point 2) and select the price group in which this shopping cart is to be booked (Fig. 1, point 3). You must create separate shopping carts for different price groups.
After that, the packages to be included in the shopping cart must be selected (Fig. 1, points 5/6/7). If the price is different, a different price can be specified in the price overlay field. This information overwrites the original price from the offer wizard. If the field is left empty, the price from the offer wizard is adopted.
The services of the predefined shopping cart are used for each booking that is assigned to this shopping cart in the booking assistant.
