Ticketing customers should submit the process to the Converia ticketing service after the process described here.
Booking options (bookable offers) can be added, edited or canceled in the booking details. If individual booking options are to be removed, the Cancel option should be used and not Delete. Delete is only recommended if an element that has just been added is to be removed again during editing (before the invoice is updated).
Typical use case: Changing a workshop selection. To do this, the existing offer must be edited and the workshop selection can be changed in the details (Fig. 2: point 3)
When changing the price group, the option Calculate price based on price group again can be selected so that the price is automatically adjusted after saving (Fig. 2: point 1).
The tax rate can also be adjusted (Fig. 2: point 2). If a handling fee is to be charged, further information can be found here.
Finally, the invoice must be updated before the editing process is completed and a new invoice document is created.
The comment function can be used to document changes or deviations for other Users in the backend.
No automatic emails are triggered when edits are made in the backend. If required, the participants can be informed via booking info mail (sent to the person who booked in, tab in the booking details) or invoice info mail (sent to the invoice recipient, tab in the invoice details).
If a free booking becomes a chargeable booking, please remember to adjust the payment method on the invoice accordingly.
If an additional payment is due, please inform the participant. You can find details of the procedure here.
