Create and edit folders

To ensure clarity and organization of the content, folders should be added to the page structure of the CMS system according to the thematic or functional assignment, whereby these folders should ideally correspond to the menu structure.

  1. Create new folder

  2. Assign a name - This name usually corresponds to the name of the menu item.

  3. Define the parent folder and the folder level in the menu structure of the frontend

    -> For main menu items Subportal Root -> For submenu items the respective parent folder (e.g.: Home, Contact, etc.)

  4. Select folder template - Determines which template is preselected for the contained pages when they are created.

  5. Select visibility - Determines whether the folder should be visible as a menu item in the frontend. Invisible folders can still contain active pages that can be accessed via links within articles.
