# Cancellation terms

A basic distinction is made between absolute and percentage cancellation fees. The cancellation terms can be conveniently stored in the registration configuration. Any number of time periods can be created here, in which a wide variety of terms can apply.

1. Periods can be deleted using the red X.
2. Adjustments to the periods must be confirmed by pressing the *Change* button. It is recommended that you adjust the periods one after the other.
3. Before a period can be added, the *start of the period* and the *amount of the* fee must be specified.

The replacement *#:cancellation\_fee\_list:#* automatically outputs the configured list of cancellation periods at the front end.<br>
