Define registration periods

Configuration -> Attendee Registration -> Offer Wizard

With the help of the different registration periods, time-limited discounts can be granted in Converia, e.g. for early bird tariffs. The price levels switch automatically as soon as they have been defined. To display the savings compared to the next price threshold in the offer overview in the frontend (Fig. 2), the option Show price threshold information must be set in the configuration. Once the last period has been reached, this savings display is removed.

In the offer wizard, the name and expiration date of the registration period within an offer can be defined in the price table (Fig. 3, point 1). Alternatively, the registration periods can be created and edited via Extended configuration -> Registration periods. The registration periods are adopted for all other offers.

The registration periods are sorted by date in the price table and new periods can be added to the price table using the New period button (Fig. 3, point 2). If there are price groups for which the prices remain the same regardless of the registration period, it is sufficient to enter the price in the last registration period (Fig. 3, point 3).

New periods can be created, deleted or edited in the extended configuration of the login periods (Fig. 4). Not only the expiration date, but also the desired time can be set.
