# Additional mail attachments and mail texts for certain offers

**Information texts** (Fig. 1) **and attachments** (Fig. 2) can be included in the booking confirmation email **depending on the offers booked**. These texts are stored in the *extended package configuration* in [the editing area of the offer](https://manual.converia.de/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/create-the-offer-overview/create-offers-and-their-structure-in-the-offer-wizard/extended-configuration-options-for-offers).

In order to ensure smooth mail delivery, you should make sure that the [file uploaded](https://manual.converia.de/en/general/your-own-converia-website/media) in the *Documents* section (Fig. 1, point 2) to be sent as an attachment is **as small as possible**. If necessary, the file can be [compressed](https://www.adobe.com/de/acrobat/online/compress-pdf.html).

## Prerequisite

In order for the notes/documents to be sent in the [*booking confirmation email*](https://manual.converia.de/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/create-templates-for-invoice-booking-participation-and-payment-confirmation/set-up-booking-confirmation) as desired, the replacement text *Additional text offer packages* (*#:booking.packages:#*) must be inserted. This is used to insert the information texts into the email (Fig. 3).
