Additional mail attachments and mail texts for certain offers

Configuration -> Attendee Registration -> Offer Wizard

Information texts (Fig. 1) and attachments (Fig. 2) can be included in the booking confirmation email depending on the offers booked. These texts are stored in the extended package configuration in the editing area of the offer.

In order to ensure smooth mail delivery, you should make sure that the file uploaded in the Documents section (Fig. 1, point 2) to be sent as an attachment is as small as possible. If necessary, the file can be compressed.

Prerequisite

In order for the notes/documents to be sent in the booking confirmation email as desired, the replacement text Additional text offer packages (#:booking.packages:#) must be inserted. This is used to insert the information texts into the email (Fig. 3).
