If the person has not yet been checked in or has not received and accessed a link to the confirmation email, the confirmation of attendance has not yet been generated. This can be seen from the Create confirmation button. The confirmation of attendance is generated when the button is pressed.
If a booking confirmation has already been generated, the button Participation (1) is displayed in the booking details view. The confirmation can be accessed via the “Participation” button or updated via the button Update Participation Confirmation (2) if any information (e.g. the participant's address) has changed in the meantime or the template has been adjusted.
If several or all confirmations of participation are to be updated, the procedure is as follows
Select all rows in the filter and click Search.
Now you can use the selection options to choose all visible bookings.
Alternatively, you can just select the desired bookings.
Choose the Create/Update mass action.
The desired action is carried out with Execute action.
