Request of attendee-data in the registration process

In addition to the standard information that attendees must provide during the registration process, further queries can be set up, if required.

The placement of the questions determines who can/must answer them, whether they can be subsequently edited by the attendees and how the collected data can be further processed in the backend.

The following options and areas are available:

1. Preconfigured standard queries

2. Additional questions for all people who register

3. Additional queries for specific groups of people (price groups)

When setting up additional queries, the principles of purpose limitation and data minimization in accordance with Art. 5 GDPR should be taken into account: Personal data may only be collected to an extent that is appropriate and relevant to the purpose and must be limited to what is necessary for the processing purpose.
