Converia allows you to restrict offers, e.g. to make them accessible only to certain groups of people. The easiest way to do this is via price groups .
One example of this is the registration of speakers, who should be able to register for an event free of charge via Converia registration.
Additional queries, such as hotel accommodation or supporting programs, can also be activated in this way only for certain price groups.
If participation is free of charge, 0 must be entered as the price, otherwise the offer for the desired price group will not be displayed.
This function can be used if there are to be price group-exclusive offers. A new offer package or an offer category is created and the prices are only entered for the price groups that are to be able to book the offer.
To enable people in the price group to register, you can use a voucher that automatically activates the price group. How to configure a voucher correctly is explained here .
