The time at which the booking confirmation (incl. ticket) should be available to attendees can be freely defined. This chapter and the following sub-chapters present the different possibilities and what needs to be considered for each configuration.
Mails are never sent automatically when bookings are created in the backend, which is why the booking info mail must always be triggered manually if this is desired. This applies regardless of the modes described here, where Create booking confirmation: Never means that no link to the booking confirmation (PDF) can be sent in the booking info mail.
This is the default setting. The booking confirmation is sent automatically by email when the booking is completed in the frontend. Apart from setting up the template document for the booking confirmation, which is always necessary, no further adjustments to mail texts or similar are required.
