Set contingents for offers

Management -> Organization & Planning -> Answers

If the offer package does not contain any additional queries for which contingents can be stored directly in the offer wizard, the contingents are stored in the directly linked answers in the answer management.

• In the extended package configuration, you must check which answer is directly linked to the offer package for which a contingent is to be stored (Fig. 1).

  • If the offer package was created in the wizard and not renamed, there is a directly linked answer with the same name as the offer package.

  • If no response is linked in the package and no suitable answer exists, a new answer must be created in answer management (Add answer) and linked in the extended package configuration

• The answer can be edited in the extended package configuration and the contingent can be stored there (Fig. 1). Alternatively, the contingent can also be created and/or linked under Administration -> Organization & planning -> Answers.
