The type of link between the offer package and the response can be viewed in the overview of all responses in the administration. When the response is edited, the specific links of the response can be checked. From there, the extended package configuration can be called up to edit the link (Fig. 1).
Each offer package is automatically linked to a response of the same name when it is created, which counts the bookings in the background. Quotas can be defined for these responses and the associated bookings can be exported as an Excel list in order to maintain an overview of the utilization of individual offers at all times.
In order to obtain an optimal overview of the booking figures, answers can be linked on the dashboard. To do this, call up the desired answer and the Dashboard tab (Fig. 2) and create a corresponding link.
Each booking option can be displayed as an abbreviation on the name badge of the person taking part.
Prerequisites:
An answer is linked to the corresponding offer.
An abbreviation for the badge has been defined in the answer (Fig. 3).
Further information can be found here.
The names of the offer packages and the selected answers to questions, i.e. indirectly linked answers, are displayed on the booking confirmation (Fig. 4). The questions themselves are not displayed on the booking confirmation, i.e. it makes sense to formulate answers in such a way that the context can be inferred from the name (“Yes, I am attending the dinner” instead of just “Yes”).
Although answers to questions are displayed on the booking confirmation, they cannot be displayed on the confirmation of participation. Only the booked packages (without further booking options) can be displayed there.
