Send account information for (imported) persons

Management -> Email communication -> Sending emails

If people without a login name and password are imported into Converia, a personalized invitation link can be sent to people without an account so that they can assign themselves a login name and password.

The invitation link for people without an account leads to the regular login page for people with an account, i.e. with a login name and password, and has no further effect.

1. Create a new email and use the replacement Invitation link for persons without an account

2. Add recipients and search for and add affected persons in the person browser

3. Save starting time for emailing

If keywords were assigned when importing persons, these keywords can be used for the search. This makes it possible to select a larger group of people for sending a mailing.

When sending the email, an individual link will be created for each recipient, which enables secure entry of the user name and password even when sending en masse (Fig. 2).

Steps for recipients

1. Open invitation link - An individual input mask for entering the login name and password opens

2. Enter or confirm login name and password (Fig. 3)

3. Login - The login leads directly to the administration area for personal data in C3, where further mandatory information specified by the organization may be requested (Fig. 4)

4. In addition, a confirmation email is sent to the stored email address containing the selected login name
