Optimal overview of the registration status: customize the dashboard display

To get an optimal overview of the booking figures, answers can be linked on the dashboard. A new dashboard link can be created in the Dashboard tab of the desired answer (Fig. 1).

The dashboard label sets the name of the shortcut on the dashboard.

• If the checkbox Show number of participants on the dashboard is selected, the number of bookings for this offer (response) is displayed. Depending on the configuration, it is possible that the offer has been booked multiple times by the same person, which is why the number of participants is lower.

• If you also activate Summarize bookings per person, the dashboard will show the exact number of people who booked this offer (reply). Depending on the configuration, it is possible that the offer was booked multiple times by the same person, which is why the actual number of bookings is higher.

If the answer is linked on the dashboard, you will be taken directly to a filtered booking view when you click on the tile on the dashboard.
