Create the offer overview
Configuration -> Attendee Registration -> Offer Wizard
In addition to the basic parameters for participation registration, the offer overview is the heart of the registration process. This is where it is determined who can book what and under what conditions. Statements should be made on the following matters in order to be able to clearly map the offer structure:
Which groups of people are there?
Which of them are visible to the public and eligible?
z. e.g. students, employees, standard, VIP, speakers, etc.
What booking periods are offered?
What dates/periods do these have?
z. e.g. Early Bird, Standard and Late Registration
What payment methods are offered to participants?
Are the payment methods freely available at all times?
z. e.g. bank transfer, credit card payment
What event modules/booking options are available?
When do they take place?
Are there quotas for the individual offers?
z. E.g. congress ticket for full participation and day tickets, social evening, conference proceedings, etc.
How do the offers/event points relate to each other?
Are there compulsory options, obligatory offers?
Are there any dependencies, mutually exclusive combinations, multiple selections of the same offers, etc.?
z. e.g. the congress ticket can only be selected once per booking and is a prerequisite for participation in the supporting program
What does the offer structure look like?
Are there different categories?
z. e.g. conference participation, supporting program, workshops, etc.
What is the price structure?
