The email module in Converia can also be used to send an individualized link to the participation confirmation to a specific group of participants.

Sending emails when using check-in lists

  • Create a new email and use the replacement Link to confirmation of participation

  • Add recipients and filter by checked-in attendees of the desired check-in lists

  • Save starting time for emailing

When using the check-in module, the confirmation of participation is created automatically after check-in and is available for participants to download in C3 (own account) from this point onwards. The confirmation of participation is automatically updated for subsequent check-ins. This information is particularly important as it must be ensured that the confirmation of participation is configured correctly before the check-in phase begins.

Sending emails without using the check-in lists

  • Create a new email and use the replacement Link to confirmation of participation

  • Add recipients and filter for registered attendees with paid invoice if applicable

  • Save starting time for emailing

If no check-in lists have been used, the confirmation of participation will only be generated as a PDF and available in C3 when the participant actually clicks on the link in the email.
