Create new tax rates

Administration -> Accounting -> Tax rates

The ability to create and edit tax rates and service types depends on the Converia contract model. Access to the Administration area is reserved for customers with their own Converia installation. If access is not available and changes are required, the Converia support team will provide assistance.

1. Create a new entry with the name and percentage of the tax rate (Fig. 1).

2. Then create the service type that is to be available in the participant registration (Fig. 2):

• The name corresponds to the name in the system, both in the frontend and in the backend.

• A previously created tax rate can be selected for Domestic basic tax rate.

• Specify whether the service type should be reverse chargeable. If the reverse charge procedure (VAT reverse charge) is not used, do not check the box

As soon as a service type has been created, it is available in the offer wizard for configuring the application.
