Standard form fields in screen "Personal Data"

The selection of form fields shown in Fig. 1 are all available by default. Some of them can be hidden or their properties as mandatory fields can be influenced. In addition, there are some other standard fields that are not shown, e.g. fax, EFN number, etc.

With the exception of the privacy policy, changes to these form fields cannot be made in the backend and can only be made via the Converia Support.

In contrast to the additional fields, the standard form fields in Converia often provide additional functions in the software. They can be filtered in the backend and displayed in various places, such as on badges or attendance confirmations. Information from additional fields, on the other hand, is only recorded and managed in exports, but usually has no system-internal function.

It should therefore be checked exactly in advance, which information is actually required in the further process.
