For many attendees, it's important that their participation in an event can be confirmed, either as a simple record of attendance or with a detailed list of the courses attended, presentations given or the number of continuing education points earned. In Converia, there are many different configuration options for the certificate of attendance. There are a few things to keep in mind:
When using the check-in module, the certificate of attendance is always automatically made available for download in the participants' personal C3 after check-in. If check-in is used, it should be checked beforehand whether the certificate of attendance has been configured correctly.
If the check-in module is not used, the certificate of attendance can only be made available to a large number of people via a mailing.
Only one template can be stored in the system for all participants. The individual content is then generated using the substitutes.
First, set the date of the certificate and select the appropriate PDF template.
Depending on the application, more specific information can be provided or checked in addition to a general certificate of attendance.
This is the standard way for confirmations of attendance, because it is not based solely on the booking, but on the actual attendance. A separate name can be stored for each check-in list for the confirmation of attendance. Those who have not checked in, for example, have not attended despite booking, will not receive a confirmation.

Check-in is required, and could also be done en masse by Converia with additional effort
The names of the packages booked on the confirmation of attendance are displayed here. Exceptions for individual packages can be defined by our developers so that they do not appear on the confirmation of attendance (e.g. city tour).
If our developers are to make any adjustments, we usually need about a week's notice to schedule the adjustments.
Configuration:
#:AddressesTitle:# #:FirstName:# #:LastName:# has successfully participated in the following days/courses:
#:booking.items:#
Based on booking and not on actual attendance (no attendance check).
The names of the packages are printed and there is no separate designation for the confirmation of attendance.
Exceptions lead to additional costs (do not print individual packages).
The earliest and latest dates of the individual booking options are determined from the booking. This requires that the dates in the responses are configured correctly.
Configuration:
#:AddressesTitle:# #:FirstName:# #:LastName:# successfully participated in the event from #:ParticipationBegin:# to
#:ParticipationEnd:# successfully participated in the event.
Based on booking and not on actual attendance (no attendance monitoring).
The dates of the responses must be carefully maintained.
Gaps in attendance cannot be identified.
