Individual information texts and additional information in the registration process

Individual texts for participants can be integrated at various points in the registration process. This section provides a brief overview of the areas in which additional information can be included.

1. Information in the description of the type of participation

  • The text is displayed directly below the selectable price group (Fig. 1).

  • No further formatting (links etc.) is possible.

  • Here is an explanation of where the description is stored: Define price groups

2. Notes in the offer overview

References in the offer overview can be placed in the following locations:

  • Description of the category (Fig. 2, point 1)

  • Description of the offer (Fig. 2, point 2)

  • Description of the question (Fig. 2, point 3)

  • Description of the answer (Fig. 2, point 4)

  • Formatting, images and links, e.g. to other pages on the Converia website, are possible in all description fields.

  • Where the descriptions are placed in the offer wizard in the backend is explained here: Define offer structure.

3. Information when requesting personal data

  • In the Personal data step, additional notes and form fields can be integrated using additional fields

  • The additional fields can only be placed after the standard fields in the form and can only be formatted to a limited extent. Links in text fields are possible.

  • Additional fields can also be displayed in parallel on other forms, e.g. in the Change personal data area in C3, so that the information can still be viewed after the registration process has been completed.

  • The procedure for creating an additional field is described in the chapter Creating additional fields.
