Configuration -> Attendee Registration -> Methods of payment

The payment methods define which payment methods are available for the selected conference in the backend and frontend and for which period. If required, additional payment methods can be added and edited here.

If the Converia ticketing service is used, the Converia team will set up the payment methods. This area in the backend is not available to ticketing customers for configuration. The Converia team will assist you in any case of change request.

The credit card payment initially only runs in simulation mode so that credit cards are not charged for test bookings. It is therefore important that the Converia team is informed of the start time of registration so that the payment method is available at the start of registration.
