# Providing the booking confirmation: Never In this mode, a booking confirmation is never generated as a PDF. No booking confirmation can be called up in the *C3 voucher archive* and there is no link to the booking confirmation in a mail text. However, the **booking confirmation email** is still **sent** once the booking has been completed. Therefore, the text of the **mail template** should be **adapted before the start of the registration** by removing the standard wording with reference to the link to the booking confirmation (Fig. 1).

The offers booked are usually listed in the booking confirmation. If this is no longer the case, attendees will no longer be able to view the booking details retrospectively. If you want to provide information about the booking details, we recommend that you use the *Generate Booking Confirmation: Never* mode to either add individual information about the booked packages and options to the booking confirmation [email using replacements](https://manual.converia.de/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/create-the-offer-overview/create-offers-and-their-structure-in-the-offer-wizard/extended-configuration-options-for-offers/additional-mail-attachments-and-mail-texts-for-certain-offers) (Fig. 1) or to display the booked content on the invoice (Fig. 2).
