The page structure corresponds to the menu navigation of the Converia website. It is made up of folders and the pages they contain. Only folders that contain at least one page are displayed as a menu item in the frontend.
The page structure also defines entry points (start pages) for the website, sets visibility and access options for individual content and links these in the menu structure.
The diagram under Structure and principle of the CMS shows how the individual levels are interlinked.
Subportal selection - The subportal in the primary language of the conference that is currently selected in the backend is always preselected. The subportal selection can be used to switch to another subportal. This process works independently of the conference selection in the backend.
Root folder - This is the root directory of the selected subportal. No further pages should be inserted here. The 404 error page is located here by default.
Navigation tree/folder structure - Folders and subfolders are created here. The elements can be moved up and down using the blue arrows to determine their position in the folder structure. The folder level and visibility can be edited via Edit folder.
Pages within the folder - Home - Any number of pages can be created in a folder. At least one page must be created and be the folder start page.
Preview - The frontend preview of the respective folder can be called up here.
