Action names

CMS -> Navigation -> Page structure

The so-called action names are used to identify certain CMS pages so that they can be called up automatically from different places in the system. Each action name can only be assigned once per subportal.

Incorrect configuration of the action names can have serious consequences and affect important system functions. Please do not change action names without consulting Converia support (exceptions below), not even as a test.

Examples

• The page with the action name imprint is opened when you click on the footer link Imprint in the frontend.

• In the same way, the page with the action name show_privacy_policy can be accessed via the data protection link (via footer link and links in forms with personal data)

• The action names also control access to various internal Converia processes and functions (such as participant registration, contribution submission, C3, proof management, ...).

Each action name can only be assigned once per subportal. Assigning an action name may remove it from the page to which it was previously assigned. After removing an action name, no page has this action name any more.
