Providing the booking confirmation: Upon confirmation

Configuration -> Attendee Registration -> Configuration -> Booking confirmation

Once the booking has been completed, the invoice email is sent with a link to the invoice and the booking confirmation email, but without a link to the booking confirmation.

Care should therefore be taken to adapt the text of the booking confirmation email accordingly if this mode is to be used (Fig. 1), e.g. “Your booking documents will be available in your personal login area after confirmation by the organizers.

Releasing the booking confirmation

The booking confirmation is released in the booking overview.

  • Select the bookings for which the confirmation is to be released (Fig. 2, point 1). The blue checkmark symbol shows which confirmations have already been generated and released (Fig. 2, point 2).

    • The release can take place regardless of the payment status.

    • The Go to selection option button can be used to select all visible (filtered) bookings at once. If bookings are selected whose confirmation has already been released, this has no further effect.

  • Via Carry out action: Release booking confirmation, the document is released for download (Fig. 2, point 3).

  • No automatic email is sent. The release means that the participants can download their booking confirmation in the login area.

If the participants are to be informed about the release, this can be done directly afterwards via Execute action: Send mail to all participants of the already selected bookings (Fig. 3).
