# Set contingents for booking options (answers) within offers

For [additional queries](https://manual.converia.de/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/create-the-offer-overview/questions-and-answers/additional-queries-within-offers) within *offer packages*, contingents can be stored **directly in the offer wizard**. To do this, open the edit view for the answer and enter the desired contingent (Fig. 1).

If no entry is made in this field, **the default value** in the field **is “0” as a placeholder** and there is no maximum number for the bookings.

Free text questions **cannot** be provided with contingents.

In addition to the direct entry in the offer wizard described here, the contingent for additional queries or their answers can also be stored and adjusted in the [answer management](https://manual.converia.de/en/attendees/setting-up-the-registration/create-the-offer-overview/questions-and-answers/editing-questions-answers-and-links).

If all possible answers to a **mandatory question** within an offer are fully booked, the entire offer package is displayed as fully booked.
