# Optimal overview of the registration status: customize the dashboard display

To get an optimal overview of the booking figures, answers can be linked on the dashboard. A new dashboard link can be created in the Dashboard tab of the desired answer (Fig. 1).

The dashboard label sets the name of the shortcut on the dashboard.

* If the checkbox *Show number of participants on the dashboard* is selected, **the number of bookings for this offer (response) is displayed**. Depending on the configuration, it is possible that the offer has been booked multiple times by the same person, which is why **the number of participants is lower.**
* If you also activate *Summarize bookings per person*, the dashboard will show **the exact number of people who booked this offer (reply).** Depending on the configuration, it is possible that the offer was booked multiple times by the same person, which is why the **actual number of bookings is higher.**

If the answer is linked on the dashboard, you will be taken directly to a **filtered booking view** when you click on the tile on the dashboard.<br>
