Set contingents

Contingents for individual program items or for the entire conference are stored in answers.
Depending on whether these are linked directly or indirectly, there are various options in the backend:
For directly linked answers, the contingents are stored in the answer management. Answers that serve as counters can be linked in several offers, i.e. contingents are possible across offers.
For indirectly linked answers, the contingents can be entered directly in the offer wizard. It is also possible to color-code availabilities in the offer overview in the frontend. The answer option can be available for selection in several packages in the frontend as part of a question, so that a contingent can also be counted for several offers.
Contingents can be changed or added at any time.
If a contingent is exhausted, the offer or answer can no longer be selected in the frontend (Fig. 1) and is displayed as fully booked. Availability is displayed for manual bookings in the backend, but it is also possible to select fully booked offers.
