Set quotas for offers

Management -> Organization & Planning -> Answers

If the quotation package does not contain any additional queries for which quotas can be stored directly in the quotation wizard, the quotas are stored in the directly linked responses in the response management.

• In the extended package configuration, you must check which response is directly linked to the offer package for which a quota is to be stored (Fig. 1).

  • If the offer package was created in the wizard and not renamed, there is a directly linked response with the same name as the offer package.

  • If no response is linked in the package and no suitable response exists, a new response must be created in response management (Add response) and linked in the extended package configuration

• The response can be edited in the extended package configuration and the quota can be stored there (Fig. 1). Alternatively, the quota can also be created and/or linked under Administration -> Organization & planning -> Responses.
