There are several different ways to display a selection of different booking options (day tickets, courses, workshops, social events, etc.) in Converia.

Category with multiple individual packages

• Slightly more space required

• Clear and direct selection of booking options

• More user-friendly on mobile devices

• Maximum flexibility for links to check-in and badge answers and access restrictions for Virtual Venue

• Maximum flexibility for shopping basket rules

• Filterable in booking list

• Different prices possible

• Package deals can be displayed on the confirmation of participation

• Availability displayed in 2 stages: bookable/fully booked

• Sorting of booked options linear (on booking confirmation according to order in the offer wizard, on invoice according to tax rates)*

Question with answers

• Slightly more compact display in the front end

• No dependencies (shopping basket rules) possible based on answers

• Functional restrictions for access restrictions VV, check-in list combinations or badge assignment and badge design (booking code)

• Course selection in booking list cannot be filtered

• No different prices possible

• No display of answers to participation confirmation possible

• Coloured availability traffic light in 3 levels: enough free places, few free places, fully booked

• Hierarchical display & sorting of booked options on booking confirmation and invoice possible*

*) The sorting of booked options on the booking confirmation (BB) and invoice (RE) changes according to the offer structure and is different in both scenarios. Questions and answers can be displayed or hidden on BB and RE. If they are displayed, they are shown in connection with the associated offer package (hierarchically). The offer packages are displayed on the BB in the order of the offer wizard and on the RE in the order of the tax rates.
